Welcome to rosaliesofcowes.co.uk website terms and conditions for use.

These terms and conditions apply to the use of this Website and by accessing this Website and/or placing an order you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out below. Before you place an order, if you have any questions relating to these terms and conditions, please contact us.

Delivery information

Delivered direct to you from our little shop on the Isle of Wight!

Delivered to your door:

If you live on the Isle of Wight we can deliver anything direct from store to you, with a small charge (free to the Cowes area!).

 

By Post:

If there is anything you have seen in store that is not on the website (with the exception of plants, cheese, eggs and milk) then we can of course send it to you! Either pay in store at the time or as an over the phone sale. Simply contact us via phone or email for more information. (Please note that postage & packing varies per product.)

 

Items destined for UK addresses are typically dispatched by Royal Mail or Courier. Goods destined for delivery outside the UK are typically dispatched by Royal Mail. It is not possible to choose exactly which carrier we use for your order, but we will endeavour to accommodate where possible.

 

Delivery Schedule:

Courier - Tuesday to Friday 8am to 6pm.
Royal Mail - 1-3 working days.

 

Overseas Delivery Schedule:

Ireland and Europe, please allow at least 4-7 working days.

 

Delivery lead times are estimated and cannot be guaranteed.

 

If you require your order by a specific date, please state clearly when ordering and we will do our utmost to meet it.
 

Dispatch lead-time is normally within 3-5 working days of order placement.
 

During busy periods, delays may occur, so please bear with us.

Rosalie’s of Cowes cannot accept responsibility for the non-delivery of goods outside of the UK.

Payment

Easy, quick and safe!

All transactions are in £ sterling. Payments are made via credit or debit cards, subject to authority from the card issuer. Most major credit / debit cards are accepted

 

When placing your order over the internet, your details are transmitted over a secure network connection Mal’s E-commerce, and we never see your card details, ensuring your personal protection.

Change or cancel an order

We appreciate that we’re all human and that sometimes we change our minds!

Changing an order:

We're sorry that in most circumstances it's not possible to make changes to your order once you've placed it. However, if you would like to change details of your delivery address, remove items from your order or cancel it completely, please contact us and we will do our best to help you!  Please see below for products excluded from this policy.

 

Cancel an order:

If for any reason you wish to cancel your order prior to dispatch, you may do so up until 5pm the day before delivery. This may be done by email, or telephone.

 

For cancellations following delivery, please contact us within 24 hours and return the item to us, unused, seals intact and in the same good condition that they were delivered, within 7 days from the date of receiving your order and we will provide you with a refund*. Please see below for products excluded from this policy.

 

*Return postage & packaging is at your own cost and will not be refunded.

 

Products we're unable to cancel, refund or exchange

Create-Your-Own-Cushions

Where a product has been specially ordered for you, unless faulty, we're unable to refund or offer an exchange. We're unable to accept cancellations for these orders, unless within 48 hours of the order being placed. We'll make this clear when you place your order.

 

This does not affect your statutory rights.

Your rights:

Under Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, if you buy online or by phone, your consumer rights entitle you to a full refund if you request one in writing within 14 working days of receipt. This includes any delivery charge, but excludes the products listed as exceptions above.

Returns and refunds

We want you to be happy with your purchase…

If you're not, just return the product to us, and we'll exchange or refund it to the credit or debit card of the person who originally placed and paid for the order. Please see more for products excluded from this policy.

 

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please inform us within 24 hours and return the item to us within 7 days from the date of receiving your order and we will provide a refund or exchange*.

 

Claims will not be accepted for damages, shortages or packing errors unless they are reported within 2 working days of receipt of goods.

 

*Please note that return postage & packaging is at your own cost and will not be refunded.
