Garlic bread and Roast Pepper Dip
What you will need :
Ciabatta or bread of your choice
Jar of Basil and Garlic Pesto
3 large red peppers
Handful of toasted walnuts
Handful of bread crumbs
5 desert spoons of Piri Piri Dressing
Toast or bake the bread. Spread a thick layer of the Basil and Garlic Pesto on the bread and bake in a medium oven for 10 minutes or until baking hot.
Roast the red peppers in a medium oven for 10mins, or until soft, and leave to cool. Then blitz all ingreidents until smooth. Voila!
