Turmeric, Ginger & Lemon Tea
Recommended by one of our lovely local Cowes ladies, a fantastic healthy and revitalising morning tea. Great for colds, arthritis, weight control and detoxing.
What you will need:
A large pinch of grated turmeric
A large pinch of grated ginger
A generous squeeze of fresh lemon juice
(This is too personal preference of course.)
Simply stir together well and leave for a few minutes to stew. Then enjoy! Nice and easy!
