Duck Confit 800g

A favourite of the Languedoc region, and a family favourite of ours. The best way to prepare:  Place the duck legs in a pan, skin side down and warm on a low heat for 20 minutes. Turn the legs over and allow to rest for 5 minutes. Then enjoy with seasonal new potatoes and fresh greens.


Ingredients : Duck legs 56%, duck fat, salt.
